Everything you need to know about how your order reaches you, and what to do if a piece is not right.
Delivery
Ready-to-wear orders are dispatched from our Surulere atelier within one to two working days. Bespoke commissions follow the timeline agreed at your consultation.
Delivery is charged by destination and calculated at checkout once you enter your address.

Returns & Exchanges
If a ready-to-wear piece is not right, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.
Pieces must come back unworn and unwashed, with their tags still attached and in their original packaging. We cannot accept anything that has been altered.
Return postage is at your own cost unless the piece arrived faulty or we sent the wrong item — in which case we cover it.
Bespoke commissions cannot be returned. They are cut to your individual measurements. If something is wrong with the fit, contact us and we will put it right.
Starting a return
- 1Email us at rekabentukafrica@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number.
- 2Tell us whether you would like a refund or an exchange, and why.
- 3We will confirm the return and send you the address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece reaches us and passes inspection.
